Personal injuries can be caused by numerous sources.  Examples include, but are not limited to:  Auto Accidents, Trucking Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Slip-and-Fall (Premises Liability), Workers' Compensation and more.  If you have a personal injury, there are several steps that you must immediately take:  Obtain a police report, if applicable, go to the emergency room, obtain a list of witnesses and phone numbers, report it to the company (if it is Workers' Compensation), and retain an attorney.  Do not speak to the insurance company until you consult with your attorney.

STATUTES OF LIMITATIONS:  One year for personal injury.  Three years for property damage.  Six years for breach of contract.  Note:  There may be shorter statutes for workers' compensation and products liability.
